Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were conveniently close to the beach and pools, offering a pleasant view with a seaweed-free beach. However, the rooms felt a bit dated. The service was a hit or miss: the staff was attentive, especially Leslie aka J-Lo, Javier aka Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the new addition, Ever, who were always offering refreshments and cleaning diligently. However, I was hassled to sign up for an expensive 'non' time-sharing package. The location was a treat with lush, tropical surroundings and wheelchair accessible areas on the beach, although improvements to the resort's water dispensers were needed. The dining experience was satisfying, particularly enjoying late morning dining options after a workout at the gym, but accessing restaurants beyond the buffets was a challenge during my stay.
The hotel was not as initially expected, but eventually turned out to be a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, after a room change, we got a nice beach view free of seaweed. The service varied, from rude to exceptionally friendly, but overall accommodating. Despite being far from other amenities, the location was beautiful with well-maintained tropical surroundings. The dining experience was actually good, especially with the meat on spits, but getting into restaurants other than buffets was a challenge.
The hotel presented a mix of positives and negatives during my stay. The rooms, though not top-notch, were comfortable and spacious, overlooking a seaweed-free beach. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcomed. The location, while beautiful and well-maintained, was a bit far from other amenities. The dining experience was a delight, except for the lack of coffee machines. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
